Your role as a Workday HCM Core Specialist involves working closely with our People Operations & Insights team to implement and maintain our Workday system.

This is a key opportunity for creativity and flexibility, as no two days will be the same.

  • Key responsibilities include providing timely triage and resolution of Workday queries and issues on behalf of the business and stakeholders
  • Undertaking Workday enhancements and small projects, either autonomously or under guidance from senior team members
  • Developing the enhancement roadmap for Workday at Allens
  • Supporting functional/technical decisions for Core HCM and other areas
  • Collaborating in change management activities, including review of training materials and facilitation of engagement sessions

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with flexible hybrid working arrangements (60% in the office). However, adaptability matters, so if you seek hybrid working or flexibility, we would discuss what arrangements work best for you.
