The Workday HCM Implementation Consultant is responsible for bridging the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems.

They will guide clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday HCM solution, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday HCM platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become a Workday Recruiting and Learning product expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Leverage expertise to recommend solutions based on client requirements, budget, and timeframe, adapting scope as needed.
  • Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and unique business requirements.
  • Regularly engage and support clients through all project phases, ensuring effective transition from legacy systems to Workday HCM.
  • Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, keeping stakeholders informed of changes or progress related to the project.
  • Work alongside integration teams to configure and test integrations between Workday and selected payroll and benefits providers.

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, HRIS or related field, along with certification in Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting or Workday Learning. Relevant experience includes 2+ years of Workday implementation experiences and 2-5 years of Human Resources, Payroll, or financial software experience.
