Senior Workday HCM Specialist

This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to identify and resolve complex Workday issues.
A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) products, including design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Becoming an expert in Workday HCM and Learning solutions
- Guiding clients through transformation phases of Workday HCM
- Leveraging expertise to recommend solutions based on client requirements
- Ensuring seamless integration between Workday and client systems
- Collaborating with technical teams to configure integrations with payroll and benefits providers
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as HR or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Workday HCM implementation
- Proven track record in managing HR, Payroll, or Financial software projects
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex system issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
