Workday HCM Specialist

This role is a 6-month contract position as part of a major project supporting Workday configuration across Payroll, Compensation, and integrations. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, and business leaders to optimize and enhance the system within a high-performing team.

  • Configure and optimize Workday HCM, particularly in the Payroll and Compensation modules.
  • Manage and improve Workday integrations with HRIS and Finance systems.
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to gather and implement requirements.
  • Provide expertise across broader HCM modules.

Key skills required include:

  • Proven experience configuring Workday HCM.
  • Experience with Payroll and/or Compensation modules.
  • Experience with integrations across HRIS and Finance systems.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in large, complex environments.
