Workday HCM Expert

We're seeking a seasoned professional to fill this Workday HCM position. This opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in delivering exceptional solutions.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in Workday HCM, with a deep understanding of end-to-end HR functional processes across the employee lifecycle. They will have experience in configuring and customizing multiple Workday HCM modules to align with unique business processes and goals.

As a Workday HCM expert, you will partner with clients to understand their HR requirements and deliver tailored Workday HCM solutions from design through implementation. You will lead full lifecycle Workday implementations, including Phase X projects and post-production support, while providing strategic guidance on Workday best practices and optimizing system usage for long-term value.

You will also manage project delivery, including risk identification, mitigation planning, and removal of roadblocks. You will advise clients on system impacts, integration considerations, and process interdependencies, conduct knowledge transfer sessions to educate clients and ensure effective system adoption, set and manage client expectations, and take ownership of issue resolution.

  • Configure and customize multiple Workday HCM modules to align with unique business processes and goals.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of Workday experience with relevant consulting experience.
  • Active Workday Certification (in HCM or relevant modules) required.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR functional processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • In-depth knowledge of how Workday configuration impacts cross-functional systems and workflows.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
