Senior Workday HCM Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Functional HCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering Workday HCM solutions and a strong understanding of HR functional processes.
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal leadership role, working across functional workstreams, guiding the delivery team, and ensuring the program aligns with business goals.
About the Role:- Partner with clients to understand their HR requirements and deliver tailored Workday HCM solutions from design through implementation.
- Configure and customize multiple Workday HCM modules to align with unique business processes and goals.
- Lead full lifecycle Workday implementations, including Phase X projects and post-production support.
- Provide strategic guidance on Workday best practices and optimize system usage for long-term value.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of Workday experience with relevant consulting experience.
- Active Workday Certification (in HCM or relevant modules) required.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR functional processes across the employee lifecycle.
- In-depth knowledge of how Workday configuration impacts cross-functional systems and workflows.
