About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Workday Functional HCM Consultant to lead our organizational strategy and deliver tailored HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to understand their HR requirements and design effective Workday HCM implementations.
  • Configure and customize multiple Workday HCM modules to align with business processes and goals.
  • Lead full lifecycle Workday implementations, including Phase X projects and post-production support.
  • Provide strategic guidance on Workday best practices and optimize system usage for long-term value.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of Workday experience with relevant consulting experience.
  • Active Workday Certification (in HCM or relevant modules) required.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
