Seeking an experienced and skilled Workday HCM implementation leader to lead our clients' functional area engagements.
Responsibilities:- Provide expert guidance and delivery for multiple concurrent Workday implementations across all functional areas.
- Oversee the design and configuration of the delivered solution through functional area architect workshops and client confirmation sessions.
- Act as a sounding board and provide ad-hoc advice for engagement managers and leads, serving as an advocate and escalation point for project issues.
- Mentor junior project resources by providing guidance and allowing them to learn new skills and functional areas.
- Ensure cohesive structures and project communications are in place for cross-functional delivery between functional areas.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Current Workday certification and certified in at least two subspecialities in addition to their area.
- Minimum 3-5 full lifecycle Workday implementations (for both large scale and regional projects).
- Led at least 2-3 Workday implementations on multiple HCM functional areas.
