The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our Western Australian Sales Team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Ensuring long-term growth and profitability of the division by identifying and developing relationships with key clients and generating new business
  • Submitting quotes and following up on leads to close sales
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships
  • Meeting sales targets in accordance with business metrics and targets
  • Collaborating with other business units at Cleanaway

About You

You will bring a genuine passion for sales, customer engagement, and the thrill of the chase. This position will provide experience in the waste management industry and develop your sales skills further.

  • Previous solutions sales experience is preferred
  • Previous experience using a Customer Relationship Management tool is beneficial
  • Excellent time management and self-starting skills are required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • A tenacious, resilient attitude and results-focused approach are necessary
