About us:

Indoz Homez Pty Ltd was found in 2019 with the goal of building new homes, investment properties, granny flats and renovations. We strive to provide a simple, stress-free experience that delivers the client's ultimate outcome. We pride ourselves with fostering strong relationships with our clients and creating a collaborative and supportive work environment. Due to our continued growth, we are now seeking a full-time office administrator.

Position overview:

As an Office Administrator with Indoz Homez, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This position involves a variety of administrative duties including supporting our site supervisor and our clients to ensure project tasks run efficiently. The ideal candidate will have the relevant skills and experience outlined below and be able to work closely with our site supervisor to maintain project timeline and documentation.

Key responsibilities:

· Managing office operations, including answering calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients.

· Preparing and organising project documentation, contracts, and work orders.

· Coordinating project schedules and timeline with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.

· Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry and document management.

· Managing correspondence with suppliers, vendors and clients.

· Assist with applying for permits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

· Ability to use the customised Indoz Portal (training provided).

Experience:

· Experience as an office administrator, preferably within the construction industry (Required).

· Strong organisational and time management skills, with ability to multitask effectively.

· Ability to read plans and specifications (Required).

· Strong computer competency including proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

· Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills.

· Knowledge of construction industry processes (Required).

· A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
