Customer Service Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Liaison Specialist.
This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, ideally within an industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Interpret customer needs and translate them into product specifications via face-to-face, telephone, or email communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service by processing customer orders accurately and timely.
- Build strong relationships with customers and promote excellent levels of customer service.
- Prepare quotations and maintain pricing on customer orders.
- Respond to stock enquiries from internal and external customers.
- Ensure continuous improvement in service levels internally and externally.
- Monitor branch emails and external customer EDI imported orders as required.
- A professional approach to responding to customer enquiries and quotes.
- Proven experience in using Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- The ability to coordinate changing priorities.
- An Australian Drivers License.
- Effective communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
