Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Liaison Specialist.

This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, ideally within an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret customer needs and translate them into product specifications via face-to-face, telephone, or email communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by processing customer orders accurately and timely.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and promote excellent levels of customer service.
  • Prepare quotations and maintain pricing on customer orders.
  • Respond to stock enquiries from internal and external customers.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in service levels internally and externally.
  • Monitor branch emails and external customer EDI imported orders as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A professional approach to responding to customer enquiries and quotes.
  • Proven experience in using Microsoft Office suite of programs.
  • The ability to coordinate changing priorities.
  • An Australian Drivers License.
  • Effective communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
