Are you a meticulous and highly organised individual with strong administrative, compliance and communication skills? We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our HSEQ team in Perth.

About the Role
  • Maintain and update training records, safety documentation, audit results and compliance registers.
  • Prepare and format reports, meeting agendas, incident summaries and communications.
  • Track expiry dates for licenses, training, and certifications – and issue reminders.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in safety management systems and spreadsheets.
  • File and manage documentation related to audits, inspections, and incident reports.
  • Book training, assist with document control and reception overflow as needed.
  • Provide prompt and professional administrative assistance to the HSEQ and wider team.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administration role (e.g. safety admin, compliance admin, office admin).
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Confident using MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Comfortable working with sensitive or confidential information.
