  • Ensuring adherence to service standards during all interactions.

  • Proactively resolving guest inquiries and complaints, providing feedback to management.
  • Encouraging team members to anticipate guest needs and respond proactively.
  • Concluding the guest experience positively by ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Expressing gratitude to guests and wishing them well.
  • Assisting in the training of new team members.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the team during your shift.
  • Being aware of departmental targets related to food, beverage, and payroll costs.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • 1-3 years of leadership experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Proficiency with computer systems.
  • A motivated and enthusiastic approach to tasks, with a willingness to learn and develop.
