Senior Event Producer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Event Producer to join our team at Apex Event Recruitment. As a Senior Event Producer, you will be responsible for leading the project and event management of key projects for 2 major clients, including roadshows, award shows, and conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creative strategy and events strategy
- Work with clients on their brief and move from conceptualization through to project planning
- Deliver all event logistics and manage projects
- Manage client relationships and communications
- Manage budgets and reporting
- Produce critical paths, timelines, run sheets, and contracts
- Sourcing suppliers and handling contracts
- Manage live show productions on stage
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams for each project, including creatives, sponsorship managers, associate producers, production managers, etc.
- Manage on-site staff and suppliers as well as speakers and performers
Requirements:
- Experience working within an Events Agency as an Event Producer with experience managing client relationships
- Exceptional client and supplier relationship management skills
- Experience working in production and understanding technical requirements is desirable
- Be highly motivated and results-driven with exceptional organizational skills
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement experience
- Creative with an ability to write concepts, scripts, and develop proposals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, inspiring, and results-driven
- Be proactive and able to make decisions
- Sound budget management experience
- Sound judgment and decision-making
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours for events when required
- Ability to travel interstate for events when required
