High-End Restaurant Sous Chef Wanted

Q Station, a premium waterfront restaurant located in Sydney Harbour National Park - Manly, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie.
This role involves preparing and presenting high-quality dishes across à la carte service at our iconic restaurant, Boilerhouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for participating in the preparation and service of food, monitoring product quality to ensure high standards are maintained, and complying with HACCP regulations for safe food preparation.
We are looking for a dedicated chef who demonstrates passion for cuisine, creativity, leadership, and teamwork. A capable contributor with good attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills is essential. The successful candidate will have formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery (Certificate III or above) and proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume à la carte premium dining restaurant or venue.
