Workplace Operations Manager

The primary focus of this role is to ensure a well-functioning and organized studio environment, where all team members feel supported and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage front-of-house operations including security, visitor check-in, and mail management.
- Be the go-to resource for team requirements, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe workplace, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and workspace projects, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
- Act as the OHS Champion, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and external partners.
- A high level of attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role.
