Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee daily operations of our corporate workplace environment, covering multiple sites across Australia and New Zealand.

This role ensures optimal functionality, exceptional employee experience, and alignment with organisational objectives whilst serving as a key contact for workplace-related matters.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver superior customer service and maintain regular stakeholder communication
  • Manage direct reports and oversee contractor performance
  • Assist with vendor procurement processes and manage purchase orders
  • Conduct regular safety audits and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Implement best practice operations and oversee daily workplace functions
  • Maintain premises in excellent condition and provide reception support
  • Coordinate kitchen operations, consumables, and meeting room bookings
  • Support property risk management and business continuity planning
  • Follow escalation procedures and incident reporting protocols
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service focus with professional yet friendly corporate presentation
  • Excellent time management, organisational skills, and team collaboration abilities
  • Confident communication with all stakeholder levels from executives to contractors
  • Current NV1 security clearance (or willingness to obtain and maintain)
  • Problem-solving capabilities with flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing situations
