Operational Workplace Coordinator

This role involves overseeing daily operations of our corporate workplace environment, covering four sites across Australia and New Zealand.
The Workplace Operations Professional will support the team in delivering superior customer service, managing direct reports, overseeing contractor performance, and implementing best practice operations.
A snapshot of the role includes:
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences through regular client communication
- Managing a team of 2 direct reports
- Overseeing contractor performance and assisting with vendor procurement processes
- Coordinating purchase orders, invoice verification, and workplace budget management
- Conducting regular safety audits and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Implementing best practice operations and overseeing daily workplace functions
- Maintaining premises in excellent condition and providing reception support
- Coordinating kitchen operations, consumables, and meeting room bookings
- Supporting property risk management and business continuity planning
- Fulfilling incident reporting protocols
