  • Financial Acumen: Manage purchase orders, invoices, and optimize resources for operational efficiency
  • Risk Management: Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Operations Optimization: Implement best practices and oversee daily workplace functions to drive results
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain premises in excellent condition and provide reception support
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate kitchen operations, consumables, and meeting room bookings
  • Crisis Management: Support property risk management and develop business continuity plans
  • Incident Response: Follow incident reporting protocols and escalation procedures
