The Role
- As a Tele Interview Consultant, you'll manage a portfolio of financial advisers, conduct tele-interviews, and provide superior service throughout each policy's life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer tele-interviews to gather risk-related details accurately.
- Ensure timely case completion within agreed service level agreements.
- Visit advisers to promote services.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ideal experience within Insurance/Life Insurance.
