About the Role

As a skilled Project Coordinator / Specialist at Vero Insurance, you will support the Digital Insurer (DI) Business Pricing project leads in developing and implementing Pricing & Analytics initiatives to satisfy business objectives. This role also provides support to the Price Change Delivery & Governance Manager in achieving group and divisional objectives.

This is an initial 12-month max-term opportunity with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project leads in preparing for project stand-ups to track progress using Agile methodology.
  • Assist in developing and documenting project governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to governance principles for pricing initiatives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate workshops and training sessions.
  • Provide administrative support and maintain the project SharePoint site.
  • Support the implementation and documentation of change management for Pricing & Analytics.
  • Prepare project reports and maintain a single source of truth.
Requirements
  • At least 1+ years' experience in project coordination and/or portfolio/change management.
  • Experience in one of the best practice methodologies (e.g., Agile, Prince 2, PMBOK).
  • Experience building successful customer relationships at all levels.
  • Previous experience in Insurance is highly regarded.
  • Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
