Job Description: As a Tele Interview Consultant, you will work on a part-time basis (1 day per week) and have the flexibility to take up additional casual hours when suitable. Your responsibilities will include managing your own portfolio of financial advisers, conducting tele-interviews, and providing superior service throughout each policy's life cycle. You will collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure an outstanding experience for advisers, customers, and stakeholders alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete customer Tele Interview applications by phone, building trust and advocacy with both customers and advisers
  • Conduct tele-interview calls with customers to gather risk-related details accurately
  • Ensure timely case completion within agreed service level agreements
  • Visit advisers to promote services

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ideally, familiar with medical terminology through work or study (e.g., qualified nurses are highly desired)
  • Or 1-2 years+ experience within Insurance/Life Insurance

Benefits:
