Job Description

As an Insurance Consultant - Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of financial advisers, conducting tele-interviews, and providing exceptional customer service throughout each policy's life cycle. You will collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure an outstanding experience for advisers, customers, and stakeholders alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete customer Tele Interview applications by phone, building trust and advocacy with both customers and advisers
  • Conduct tele-interview calls with customers to gather risk-related details accurately
  • Ensure timely case completion within agreed service level agreements
  • Visit advisers to promote services

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a professional phone manner
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ideal experience working within Insurance/Life Insurance, preferably with medical terminology knowledge (e.g., qualified nurses are highly desired)
