Position Overview

CertisciscP2 is seeking a skilled Behavioural Analyst to join our team as a Passenger Interview Specialist. In this role, you will conduct interviews with U.S. bound passengers to collect intelligence and provide advice to mitigate potential security threats while delivering a safe and efficient airport experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting in-depth interviews with passengers to gather information and build trust
  • Collecting and analysing intelligence to identify potential security risks
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless and efficient airport experience
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
