Job Title: Director, Ageing Well In Community

 

Job Description:

As a key leadership role, the Director, Ageing Well in Community is responsible for the operational and strategic management of aged care services within the Primary and Community Health directorate.

This role requires a strategic thinker and collaborative leader who can drive innovation, ensure compliance, and foster strong partnerships across the health and aged care sectors.

The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team to deliver safe, high-quality, and person-centred care to older people living in the community.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualifications and/or extensive experience in leading the delivery of aged care and or rehabilitation services within the community context
  • In-depth knowledge of NSW and Commonwealth aged care legislation and regulatory standards
  • Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
  • Extensive experience in HR practices, including recruitment and performance management
