We are seeking a motivated clinical expert to join us. This opportunity requires excellent leadership and communication skills to ensure delivery of quality care for our residents.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and lead clinical staff to focus on continual improvement and quality.
  • Ensure the home complies with accreditation standards.
  • Ensure high quality resident care is consistently delivered throughout the home.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Demonstrated work experience as a Clinical Manager.
  • Extensive knowledge of clinical functions of an aged care home.
  • Superior communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and promote a positive work environment.
  • Willingness to provide evidence of Covid & Flu vaccinations.
