Seeking Clinical Leadership in Aged Care
\This role presents an exceptional opportunity to assume a pivotal leadership position within our aged care facility, overseeing the delivery of clinical care and ensuring the highest standards are met.
\Key responsibilities include providing guidance, supervision, and education to nursing and care staff, as well as driving compliance with legislative requirements and maintaining accreditation.
\As a Clinical Care Manager, you will also be responsible for human resource management, including effective recruitment, rostering, and performance management.
\Requirements for this position include current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and at least two years' experience in a clinical leadership position. Your background in aged care funding optimisation and AN-ACC documentation is highly valued.
\A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to cater for residents, representatives, and staff from diverse cultural backgrounds is essential.
