Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead our team of healthcare professionals. This full-time role offers a competitive salary package with additional benefits associated with professional growth and development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversight of clinical care services, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Leadership, mentorship, and support of a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Development and implementation of care plans tailored to individual resident needs, promoting quality of life and dignity.
  • Maintenance of effective communication among staff, residents, and families, resolving conflicts and issues as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in aged care and clinical leadership, with a strong understanding of care policies and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Certification in aged care or a related field is highly desirable, but not required.
