Clinical Care Manager Position

This role involves overseeing the delivery of quality care services, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and their families.
  • Deliver safe and effective personal and clinical care.
  • Collaborate with senior management to monitor and manage facility performance.
  • Establish and maintain an appropriate organisational structure and staffing levels to ensure the delivery and management of quality care services.
  • Ensure effective risk management procedures are in place.

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • Passion for working in aged care.
  • Proven experience as a Clinical Care Manager in residential aged care.
  • Exposure to dealing with families and managing complaints.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Compliance with Australian Aged Care vaccination requirements.
  • A current Australian Police check.
