Residential Aged Care Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive excellence in residential aged care outcomes.

  • About the Role:
  • The General Manager will provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services across our 11 residential aged care facilities.
  • This involves collaborating with organisational leadership to develop and implement operational strategies, embedding our model of care and values, and promoting innovative thinking.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Service Managers to deliver exceptional residential aged care outcomes
  • Collaborate with organisational leadership to develop and implement operational strategies
  • Embed our Lutheran Services model of care, values and ways of working
  • Respond to performance related issues, complaints, emergency situations, and mandatory reporting incidents promptly and in accordance with legislation and policies

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a Human Services/Health related discipline
  • Considerable experience in Residential Aged Care
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to positively influence stakeholders
