We are committed to our team's growth and offer opportunities for career progression.When you join Live Well Home & Community Services, you become part of a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team that is redefining aged care standards in the industry.Locations:The Inner West (Strathfield and surrounding suburbs) - Female candidates with proficiency in Tamil are preferred, in line with client requirements.Western Sydney (Norwest/Merrylands and surrounding suburbs) - Female candidates with proficiency in Arabic are preferred, in line with client requirements.Responsibilities:Provide personal care and support to elderly clients in their homesAssist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and groomingHelp with meal preparation and feedingProvide companionship and engage clients in activitiesAssist with mobility and transportation to appointmentsPerform light housekeeping dutiesTransport clients to medical appointments and social outingsMonitor and report any changes in clients' health or behaviourPreferred Qualifications:Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or equivalentPrevious experience in aged care, NDIS, or similar roles is preferredBackground and Skills:Compassionate, patient, and empatheticExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRequirements:Availability for casual shiftsValid police check or NDIS checkValid driver's license and reliable vehicleBenefits:Competitive hourly wageFlexible working hours for work-life balanceSupportive, friendly team environmentOpportunities for professional development and trainingHow to Apply:If you are passionate about providing quality care and making a difference, we would love to hear from you
