Aged Care Onboarding Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a Resident Onboarding Specialist to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for our new residents and their families.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the full onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and reassuring transition into residential aged care.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate admissions and conduct personalized facility tours to build trust and confidence with residents and their loved ones.
- Manage all necessary documentation and provide support to families regarding cost-related queries.
- Oversee entry and discharge procedures with precision and care, while fostering meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
For this role, we are looking for an individual with 2+ years' experience in residential aged care admissions or related onboarding roles, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a high level of emotional intelligence, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
