We are seeking a skilled Resident Onboarding Coordinator to join our aged care team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding experience for new residents, ensuring their transition into aged care is smooth and reassuring.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, supporting residents and their families through every step of the onboarding process.
  • You will be the welcoming face that guides new residents and their loved ones through their first steps into residential aged care.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the full onboarding experience for new residents, including overseeing admissions and conducting personalised facility tours.
  • Managing all necessary documentation and entry and discharge procedures with precision and care.
  • Fostering meaningful relationships with residents and their loved ones to create a warm, welcoming environment they can truly call home.

What You'll Need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential aged care admissions or related onboarding roles.
  • Presentation skills with clarity, confidence, and a personal touch.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable travelling to multiple sites across the Sydney area.
  • Excellent IT knowledge and administration skills.
