Resident Onboarding Coordinator - Aged Care

Aged care organisations are committed to delivering exceptional care to their residents. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face that guides new residents and their families through their first steps into residential aged care.

You will be responsible for coordinating a seamless onboarding experience for new residents, ensuring their transition into aged care is smooth and reassuring. This involves responding to enquiries from families with empathy and professionalism, assessing and qualifying prospective residents, and managing all necessary documentation.

Your day-to-day tasks will include overseeing admissions, conducting personalised facility tours that build trust and confidence, and supporting families with cost-related questions by offering clear and transparent guidance. You'll also manage entry and discharge procedures with precision and care, while fostering meaningful relationships with residents and their loved ones to create a warm and welcoming environment.

This role is ideal for someone who presents services with clarity, confidence, and a personal touch, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a collaborative team-oriented environment.

We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years' experience in residential aged care admissions or related onboarding roles
  • Excellent IT knowledge and administration skills
  • A genuine team player with a heart for aged care
