Aged Care Resident Onboarding Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Resident Onboarding Coordinator to ensure a seamless transition of new residents into our residential aged care facilities.

Your key responsibilities will include coordinating the onboarding experience, responding to enquiries from families with empathy and professionalism, assessing and qualifying prospective residents, and managing all necessary documentation.

You will oversee admissions, conduct personalised facility tours, and provide support for families with cost-related questions.
