Aged Care Resident Onboarding Coordinator

The role of Aged Care Resident Onboarding Coordinator is a vital part of ensuring a smooth transition for new residents into residential aged care. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the full onboarding experience, providing exceptional customer service to residents and their families, and managing all necessary documentation.

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new residents, ensuring a seamless transition into residential aged care.
  • Provide personalized facility tours, building trust and confidence with prospective residents and their families.
  • Manage entry and discharge procedures, maintaining precision and care at all times.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with residents and their loved ones, creating a warm and welcoming environment that feels like home.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has 2+ years' experience in residential aged care admissions or related onboarding roles, and presents services with clarity, confidence, and a personal touch. The ideal candidate will be an strong communicator, thrive in a collaborative team-oriented environment, and have excellent IT knowledge and administration skills.
