We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an End User Support Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and supporting them through day-to-day maintenance and support of the Digital Workplace solutions.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS/Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (InTune), and Azure. You should also be proficient in developing and reading PowerShell scripts, as well as working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals.

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is able to develop strong relationships with our clients and provide clear instructions and guidance on how to troubleshoot issues.
