Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our customers. As a key member of our customer-facing support team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and maintenance services.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical advice on maintenance, installation, and servicing of equipment in line with company regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate with the wider organisation to deliver high-quality services to our customers, including corrective & preventative maintenance, commissioning & installation of equipment, and upgrades.
  • Actively participate in the sales process and provide expert technical support throughout the entire life cycle of customer relationships.
  • Manage and support technical escalations through to resolution, ensuring all stakeholders are updated on progress according to company processes.
  • Provide best-in-class service to customers with technical support, maintenance, and repairs on equipment, determining cost-effective repair/solutions to minimize customer downtime.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge through continual training and development, keeping up-to-date with new technologies relevant to your area of focus.
  • The role may require working at alternative locations, including interstate travel as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing service engineering roles.
  • Familiarity with medical equipment is desirable, but candidates from various industries are welcome.
  • Hold a Restricted Electrical License.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or experience as an Engineer in the Australian Defense Force.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A full AU drivers license and Australian working rights.
