Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team at SA Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality, confidential, customer-focused administrative and business support services to clients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming telephone calls and provide accurate information to telephone queries
- Attend to visitors in the reception area in a professional manner and ensure they are directed appropriately
- Coordinate the booking of appointments for services
- Process and raise invoices and accounts
- Maintain record management storage and retrieval systems for medical files
Requirements
- Prior experience in providing a comprehensive and efficient range of administrative and clerical support services
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs and client databases
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a wide range of clients, members of the community, health service staff, and staff from other agencies
