About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Administration Officer to join our team at the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network. As an Administration Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our clients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the hospital switchboard and reception area.
  • Provide confidential and professional secretarial support to executive level staff.
  • Contribute to the efficient resident management system.
  • Maintain accurate data entry into Chiron and Working Systems.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in office administration processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in computer software packages, including word processing, desktop publishing, Microsoft Excel, and email.
  • Sound data entry skills.
