About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Administrator. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations and effective communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare proposals and update the CRM system for the sales team
  • Run reports on sales and forecasting data
  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and event coordination
  • Maintain and update sales and marketing databases, tracking leads, and preparing performance reports
  • Act as a point of contact between sales, marketing, and other departments
  • Support the organisation of trade shows, product launches, and other promotional events
  • Assist with creating and distributing marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and newsletters.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative role in sales or marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) & CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
  • Excellent time management & communication skills
  • A willingness to work full-time in an office-based role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A tertiary qualification in marketing, sales, or a related field
  • Experience in the industrial services industry or similar sectors
  • Ability to work independently & as part of a team, with a high level of accuracy & attention to detail
  • Familiarity with event coordination & management.
