This exciting opportunity is for a Marketing Coordinator to assist the Marketing Manager with all aspects of marketing. If you are looking to grow in a role with high-level marketing duties and the ability to learn and develop, this is the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to and develop marketing strategies and objectives
  • Manage EDMs and copywriting
  • Maintain YouTube accounts
  • Post on social media accounts
  • Maintain and update the company website (WordPress)
  • Liaise with external consultants (social media, SEO, graphic designer, CRM consultant)
  • Monitor and maintain CRM (Salesforce) with external consultant assistance
  • Arrange office signage and ad hoc interiors
  • Submit awards
  • Respond to Google Reviews
  • Perform various administrative and ad hoc tasks
  • Create YouTube videos (content planning, script writing, filming, and editing)
  • Manage CRM, run reports, and perform various ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • 2 years of sales and marketing experience in Real Estate
  • Exceptional understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Strong design skills and experience in social media marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Collaborative approach with a close-knit team
  • Ongoing development and support
