Marketing Coordinator Role

CBRE is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide high-quality marketing support to the Retail team and Directors. The successful candidate will ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness for the smooth running of all marketing activities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Agency Director with marketing campaigns for their listing portfolio, including maintenance of current campaigns and setting up new campaigns.
  • Create media schedules in partnership with media agency, marketing timelines and budget in liaison with Agency director.
  • Responsible for on-time delivery of marketing collateral such as floor plans, copywriting, brochures, photography, videography, signage.
  • Responsible for rollout of media campaigns such as online advertisements on property portals, social media ads, digital display banners, print ads.
  • Manage, create, and send all eDM communications using CBRE's automation platform Eloqua.
  • Set up new projects in CBRE's CRM (Salesforce) including lead assignment.
  • Weekly vendor reporting on marketing and sales activity in liaison with director & review campaigns based on enquiry and sales results.
  • Attend vendor meetings as requested, on-site or in the office.
  • Ensure CBRE website is up-to-date with Agency listings and projects.
  • Manage content of online listings such as price point, open times, copywriting.
  • Responsible for management of CBRE social media accounts in liaison with marketing team.
