Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic leader to spearhead the transformation of our Procure to Pay (P2P) finance and business processes. This role is part of a broader Finance Systems Transformation program aimed at designing, standardising, and embedding best practice processes and controls.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement optimised P2P processes with embedded governance and controls.
  • Analyse opportunities for standardisation, automation, and process improvement to streamline operations and reduce risk.
  • Document end-to-end processes and establish a knowledge management model with relevant process owners.
  • Collaborate across finance streams to ensure alignment with interdependent programs.
Key Requirements
  • A highly motivated finance professional with 5+ years of experience in diverse finance roles.
  • Proven expertise in designing business and finance processes.
  • Strong background in leading complex finance systems and process implementations.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present and influence senior stakeholders.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to create structure from ambiguity.
