Job Description

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our digital transformation agenda. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving strategic decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading data-driven initiatives.

You'll work closely with our leadership team to define and prioritize projects, develop executive-level recommendations, and influence senior stakeholders across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership on key strategic discussions and decisions that shape our digital strategy
  • Collaborating with product and technology leaders to support strategy and prioritization recommendations and decisions
  • Leading data transformation efforts, working closely with product, technology, and commercial teams to transform how we utilize data for reporting, analysis, and customer journeys
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven track record influencing and working with decision-makers to drive strategic decisions
  • Significant experience developing and driving transformation in technology
  • A passion for data, with experience using large-scale analytics and data to shape business decisions
  • Demonstrable experience building effective relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Confident communication skills across a broad technology and business landscape
