About the Role

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our centre. You will be responsible for supporting the centre team in delivering high-quality hard and soft services that enhance the customer and retailer experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to prioritise and track work orders;">
  • Support environmental and sustainability initiatives by improving outcomes through reporting and stakeholder engagement;">
  • Evaluate and implement maintenance, repairs, and capital works to ensure they are completed accurately, on time, and within budget;">
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers;">
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS TO ENSURE TIMELY, COMPLIANT, AND BUDGET-FRIENDLY DELIVERY;">
