Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Centre Operations Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The Centre Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our centre, providing exceptional customer service and support to children, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet children and families warmly, conduct visitor tours, and assist with child enrolments and new team orientations.
  • Utilize Salesforce and Qikkids systems to manage parents' accounts and monitor ongoing payments.
  • Perform general administrative tasks accurately, reliably, and honestly.
  • Work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, between 6:30am and 6:30pm (rotating shifts with the Centre Director).

Requirements:

Experience with QikKids software is desirable. A working knowledge of CCSS Guidelines and excellent computer skills with Microsoft Suite proficiency are essential.

Organisational skills are critical, along with experience juggling demands and priorities to produce high-quality work consistently meeting deadlines.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, customer service skills, and the ability to handle difficult conversations are required.

Certifications such as Working with Children's Check, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, First Aid, and Child Protection Training are necessary.
