Centre Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Centre Operations Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and achieving financial targets.
Main Responsibilities- Operational Management: Manage the centre's day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management.
- Compliance: Ensure the centre meets all relevant regulatory requirements, including child safety and welfare standards.
- Financial Management: Oversee the centre's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Strong experience in a Centre Manager role, with a proven track record of achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
- Certifications: Current Working with Children's Check.
