The Role
Merivale is seeking a skilled People Experience Business Partner to drive people initiatives across a venue portfolio.
Reporting into the Senior People Experience Partner, you will partner directly with Business Leaders to drive key people projects.
Oversight of all things people operations, touching on all aspects of the employee life cycle, is a key responsibility.
Key attributes:
- HR generalist experience within a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience in providing technical expertise, coaching and advice in ER/IR, Immigration, and Award related matters
- Ability to drive impact and add value through continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to build strong and trusted relationships
- You thrive in a commercially focused environment and enjoy directly contributing to business success by driving people initiatives.
- Your contribution will be ensuring people managers have the right tools and frameworks to lead and inspire their teams.
- Your success will come from quickly building a true understanding of the business, creating strong and influential relationships with key stakeholders, and working collaboratively with the wider People Experience team.
- Ideally, you will have working knowledge of the Hospitality Industry award and previous operational or HR experience in Hospitality or Retail.
