Strategic People Partner

As a People and Culture Business Partner at Boral, you will play a key role in supporting frontline leaders to drive business objectives and develop their teams.
About the Role
- Leadership Support: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to frontline leaders in operational businesses.
- Strategic Implementation: Implement People and Culture plans and processes throughout the annual lifecycle.
- Change Management: Drive improvements and contribute to high-impact change initiatives.
- Employee Relations: Lead Enterprise Agreement negotiations, manage grievances and disciplinary investigations, and provide EA and Award interpretation advice to leaders and employees.
- National Initiatives: Engage in leadership, diversity, talent, and capability projects.
What We Are Looking For
- A strong background in People and Culture, ideally in advisory and operational implementation-focused roles.
- Large organization exposure, particularly in industrial sectors, and experience working with EA-covered workforces.
- Contemporary knowledge and experience in enterprise bargaining and managing union stakeholder interactions.
- Demonstrated success in leading and implementing People and Culture projects.
- An independent, accountable work ethic combined with a growth mindset and a collaborative approach.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Humanities, Business/Commerce, Law, or Psychology.
