Job Description

As a People and Culture Business Partner at Boral, you will play a key role in supporting frontline leaders to drive business objectives and develop their teams.

About the Role

  1. Leadership Support: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to frontline leaders in operational businesses.
  2. Strategic Implementation: Implement People and Culture plans and processes throughout the annual lifecycle.
  3. Change Management: Drive improvements and contribute to high-impact change initiatives.
  4. Employee Relations: Lead Enterprise Agreement negotiations, manage grievances and disciplinary investigations, and provide EA and Award interpretation advice to leaders and employees.
  5. National Initiatives: Engage in leadership, diversity, talent, and capability projects.

What We Are Looking For

  • A strong background in People and Culture, ideally in advisory and operational implementation-focused roles.
  • Large organization exposure, particularly in industrial sectors, and experience working with EA-covered workforces.
  • Contemporary knowledge and experience in enterprise bargaining and managing union stakeholder interactions.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and implementing People and Culture projects.
  • An independent, accountable work ethic combined with a growth mindset and a collaborative approach.
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Humanities, Business/Commerce, Law, or Psychology.
